Mr. Manish Periwal is the Chairman and Managing Director of Pioneer Urban, a leading Indian conglomerate engaged in the development of real estate. An alumni of St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata, Mr. Periwal’s vision and passion has led the company to tremendous growth. Mr. Periwal also spearheads the group’s various other businesses – Pioneer Polyfeb Ltd., Pioneer Plastic Industries Ltd. and Purma Plast Pvt. Ltd.

Mr. Periwal strongly believes in giving back to the community through educating the lesser fortunate and his philanthropic activities include operating schools at the construction sites of the company projects for the children of the workers.

Mr. Periwal is involved in various Trade Organizations, Professional Bodies like the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO), The Indian Chamber of Commerce (ICC), and The Young Leaders Forum (YLF) of FICCI, etc.

Mr. Chowdhury is the Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing at Pioneer Urban. He has worked with multinationals like Asahi and British Airways in his previous roles prior to joining Pioneer Urban and has nearly three decades of Sales and Marketing experience.

A commerce graduate from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata, with a CMS from the Oxford Consortium U.K., he has successfully led teams of experts for new projects across the globe. A diverse experience across culturally varied organizations has given him a deep understanding of customer behaviour and market sentiments.

Mr Chowdhury was awarded “The Most Talented CMO” in Real Estate Sector by the CMO Council as well as the “Top 50 CMO’s of India” across all industries  by World Brands Congress and the CMO Council of Asia.

Mr. Jaju has an overall managerial experience of 35 years in various fields of Finance, Operations and Land Acquisition. After serving as a General Manager (Corporate Finance) in Premier Cables Ltd, and an Executive Director in Pioneer Polyfeb Ltd, he plays a vital role in company’s decisions and policies.

A commerce graduate from Rajasthan University and an FCA (Fellow of Chartered Accountant), Mr. Jaju has an extensive expertise in Finance and related fields. He was on the Speaker’s panel of All India Radio and spoke on subjects related to Economics, Derivatives and Financial Markets.
