This row housing project with a ground +2 configuration was developed to cater to the needs of the growing population who enjoy community living. It had the provision for both plotted and built up plots. A total of 150 plots were spread over 25 acres of landscaped gardens and parks. 258 built-up units were completed and handed over in 1995.
