Mr. Manish Periwal

A student from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata, he took an immediate step into his business venture. The company has witnessed tremendous growth under the dynamic leadership of Mr. Manish Periwal. Pioneer Urban has already co-developed 600 hundred acres of mixed use townships which have become landmarks like South City II, Greenwoods City, and Nirvana Country.

Under the guidance of his extensive experience and knowledge, Pioneer Urban is embarking upon creating an independent brand for the future, through its flagship project – Pioneer Park Ph-I , a premier mixed used development, encompassing a luxury hotel, residences and offices amidst landscaped greens. He is also spearheading the group’s other businesses – Pioneer Polyfeb Ltd. Pioneer Plastic Industries Ltd., Purma Plast Pvt. Ltd. (i.e. Plastic Pipes & Fittings) as well.

Mr. Periwal is involved in various Trade Organizations, Professional Bodies like the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO), The Indian Chamber of Commerce (ICC), and The Young Leaders Forum (YLF) of FICCI, etc. He is also involved in philanthropic activities like Educational Institutions in the North-east. Being a distinguished cricketer himself, Mr. Periwal is also a Committee Member of Cricket Association of Bengal, Sports Federation of West Bengal and Mohun Began Athletic Football Club.

Mr. Manit Jaju

Mr. Jaju has an overall managerial experience of 35 years in various fields of Finance, Operations and Land Acquisition. After serving as a General Manager (Corporate Finance) in Premier Cables Ltd, and an Executive Director in Pioneer Polyfeb Ltd, he plays a vital role in company’s decisions and policies.

A commerce graduate from Rajasthan University and an FCA (Fellow of Chartered Accountant), Mr. Jaju has an extensive expertise in Finance and related fields. He was on the Speaker’s panel of All India Radio and spoke on subjects related to Economics, Derivatives and Financial Markets.

Mr. Dharmit Singh Chowdhury

Mr. Chowdhury has nearly two decades of Sales and Marketing experience. He has worked with multinationals like Asahi and British Airways in his previous roles before joining Pioneer Urban.

A commerce graduate from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata, with a CMS from the Oxford Consortium U.K., he has successfully led teams of experts for new projects across the globe.
